Radford NJROTC Takes 5th Place in All Navy Drill Meet

Congratulations to the Radford NJROTC Drill Team for placing 5th at the All Navy Drill Meet in Carson City, Nevada this past weekend. The Drill Team arrived in Reno, Nevada the night of 18 Feb and practiced countless hours from Wednesday until Friday. Radford was the only school from Hawaii that participated and this was the first time in school history that the drill team participated in any JROTC event off-island. Although Radford had the smallest number of cadets participating (12), it didn't stop them from out competing the local and California schools. This is a huge accomplishment for the drill team, so if you see Aldreck Agmata, Jeffrey Andrade, Dan Balanon, Nick Beltz, Lily Erwin, Wester Gapasangra, Josie Gilpin, Gabriel Lebron, Isaiah Lee-Garvin, Bryan Mason, Yoon Seong Kim, and Kaya Wilske, please congratulate them on a job well done! HOOYAH RAM Battalion!!
