Radford High School's Annual Project ARIES

This year Project ARIES will begin on Tuesday November 12 and end on Friday November 22, 2019. ARIES is the astrological sign of the Ram (Radford's mascot) and the acronym stands for: Annual Registration, Information, Exploration, Symposium. It is an eleven day event which includes a Career Fair and Curriculum Fair. Registration for school year 2020-21 is the culminating activity of Project: ARIES. Our students will be selecting their courses for next school year based on their career and/or personal interests. Parents are more than welcome to attend the Curriculum Fair which is held in our gym. Please look for the Project ARIES Flyer which contains the date and time of the Curriculum Fair. Want to save up to 3 lives!? Hawaii is really short on our blood supply right now and we need your help to help replenish the blood supply! We have our second blood drive coming up on November 15th. "Launch Your College Education"

Aloha everyone! Radford HS will be holding its annual, "Launch Your College Education" parent night (formerly AP Parent Night) on Wednesday 11/6/19 @ 5:30pm in the cafe. This event will highlight RHS's dual credit programs. In these programs a student can earn both high school and college credits in one class. The dual credit programs available at RHS are: Advanced Placement (AP), Running Start (RS), and Early College (EC). Please head to Radford's cafe on this date and time to receive more information. Also, Project: ARIES (Radford's registration system) for school year 2020-21 will begin on November 12 and end on November 22, 2019. More information concerning Project ARIES will be available soon.

9-11th Grade Picture Taking & Retakes

The last day for Underclassmen Yearbook pictures will be on Friday, October 18, from 9:30 until the end of Lunch in room 132. Order forms are in the front office. You must bring your order form with payment to the Photographer if you plan on purchasing pictures.

Retakes are only for students that want to buy a picture package and those unhappy with their purchased packages. Retakes will only be done if you have an order form and payment or your original package.

PSAT Testing is this Wednesday, Oct. 16

All Gr. 9 and Gr. 10 students and any Gr. 11 students who signed up will be taking the PSAT test this Wednesday, Oct. 16th. There will be no school for Gr. 12 students. Dismissal is at 1:00. Bus pick up is at 1:15. Please bring a #2 pencil. Room assignments will be posted morning of the test.

2019 PSAT/NMSQT

2019 PSAT/NMSQT will be administered on Oct. 16, 2019. All 9th and 10th grade students will be taking the test at no cost. Any 11th grader interested in taking the test must sign up with either Mrs. Aquino or Mrs. Epenesa in the counseling center. Cost is $17.00, Sign up until Sept 16, 2019. If you have any questions please see Mrs. Aquino in the Counseling Center.
