Federal Impact Aid Survey

Every year, parents/guardians are asked to complete the Federal Impact Aid Program Survey regardless of military affiliation. In Hawaii, Federal Impact Aid helps offset costs for school material and resources, substitute teachers, student transportation, school utilities, and other services at schools statewide. All schools and students benefit from Impact Aid.

This year, Radford High School parents/guardians will complete the survey online through December 4th via their Infinite Campus account.  Only one parent/guardian has to complete the survey and it will cover all your children that are enrolled at Radford HS. If you have children at other DOE schools and their school is also participating in completing the survey online, it will also cover those children. After December 4th, only paper surveys will be available and you will have to complete one per school-aged child in your family.

We are working to get 100% participation this school year. Your support is greatly appreciated and will help to secure funding for our school. If your child was enrolled on October 14th, then you should complete the survey.

The survey can be completed online through your Infinite Campus parent account by following the instructions at bit.ly/RHS-FIA2020.

If you do not have an account or need to reset your password, please complete the form at bit.ly/RHS-Parent.

Please email our registrar at mildred.hetrick@k12.hi.us if you have any questions or issues.
