Please read below to determine where and how to receive help with technology for Radford High School.
 
  • For Radford gmail password-related or error messages when logging in, please complete the reset request form at: bit.ly/224

  • For broken hardware issues (e.g., Chromebook doesn't turn on, power issues, camera, etc.), please return the Chromebook and charger to the front office during regular school hours for a replacement.  Please write a note that includes the student's name and problem and attach it to the cover.

  • For all other issues, please utilize the Hawaii DOE Ohana Help Desk where students and parents can call or chat to get help with issues at home.  The direct address to the help page is accessible on the menu to the right or you can use this  bit.ly/OhanaHelpDesk

    The hours of operation are:
         M-F  7am - 8pm 
         Saturday  closed
         Sunday  4pm - 8pm
