- For Radford gmail password-related or error messages when logging in, please complete the reset request form at: bit.ly/224
- For broken hardware issues (e.g., Chromebook doesn't turn on, power issues, camera, etc.), please return the Chromebook and charger to the front office during regular school hours for a replacement. Please write a note that includes the student's name and problem and attach it to the cover.
