All uniforms must be washed and dried before turning in. Turn in uniform in a bag with your name on the bag.

Fall Sports Assembly
Assembly Schedule (during school)
This is a special event which is shared with the entire student body. Junior Varsity and Varsity letters will be given at this time.
Please dress appropriately.
Men wear a collared shirt, slacks, and shoes.
Ladies wear blouse/skirt or dress and shoes/sandals.
No jeans, jean skirts, shorts, or slippers.
Must be in school dress code – No strapless tops/dresses!!!
Wear your ribbons and/or medals you won this season!!!
Invite your parents. Parents are encouraged to come and share in this special event.

Cross Country Program
8/28-10/26/17 = 3:30-5:30pm Monday-Thursday
No practice Fridays before a meet
8:00-10:00am Fall Break/Holidays
Philosophy – Family, School, Team
Work cannot interfere with cross country. If so, will result in dismissal from the team.
Expectations – Discipline, Respect, Responsibility
Attendance – Call & Note. Removed from team by parents “grounded” = no return, dropped from the team.
No practice = no run
Grade checks will be given every two weeks on Monday and must be turned in on Friday.
No grade check, late grade check, incomplete grade check, or any “F” grade will result in non-participation in meets and attendance at the meet is mandatory.
If a grade check is forged, the athlete will automatically be dismissed from the team.
Study hall – Tuesday 2:30-3:00pm

All members of the cross country team are expected to be at Radford at the designated reporting time – dressed to compete. The normal dress is uniform and shoes. Those on the injury list are expected to support the team and be dressed appropriately.
